Ever since I doodled fantastical creatures in notebooks as a kid, I've been drawn to the power of design. My recent studies in Digital Design have fueled this passion, equipping me with the double diamond process to solve problems visually. But what truly ignites my creativity is understanding people. My experience in customer service revealed the fascinating intricacies of human behavior, which I then used to significantly improve sales and customer satisfaction.
